Sean joined WBAC in 2018,
Sean has been playing golf since 2001 –
– 1 Club Championship Victory,
– numerous victories in the Gauteng North region.
– Gauteng North representative (2004)
– Multiple top 10’s in PGA Pro Ams,
– One professional victory
Sean has worked a coach since 2007, he qualified from the PGA of South Africa in 2010.
Sean has coached many students to victories in the provincial and national levels.
Nardus Broodryk
Nardus started his golfing career at the age of 12.He represented Mpumalanga Golf Union as an amateur.
After moving to Gauteng, to persue his dream of becoming a professional golfer in 2010, he found a passion for teaching golf, and was mentored under Doug Wood through 2014.
Nardus spent time at Kambaku Golf Club as the club professional from 2014-2015.
He completed his PGA of South Africa in 2016.
In 2016 he started teaching at Wanna Be A Champion Woodhill Country Club.
He has coached numerous players that have won on all levels of golf.


Catherine Lau
Catherine is a former CLPGA Tour Playing Professional and South African National player who represented Gauteng North since the age of 9 years old, and obtaining her full colours at age 16. With a distinguished background in junior golf, she was the first South African to win both the US Kids Golf European and World Championships.
Her hobbies include trying out different sports and she also has a passion in fitness.
Her mission as a coach is to understand the bodies biomechanics and abilities within an individual and to help them build the best swing possible that is both efficient and realistic.

Thean Fourie
Thean Fourie has been playing golf on a competitive level from a very young age!
Representing KwaZulu-Natal on numerous occasions, producing wins such as the Sanlam Junior Open 2013 and PGA of South Africa events (2018-2020).
Thean qualified as a PGA professional in 2021.
Playing a vital role in junior golf development, and golfers in all levels with Wanna be a Champion since 2022.
Thean is passionate about his junior golf development, as well as investing in all players’ improvement. Completing his US KIDS Golf Certification (2022) to provide all his junior students the with the best pathway to their golf development and competitiveness.
Thean has strong relationship with the South African Disabled Golf Association (SADGA) since 2018, has completed specialized training, though Mark Taylor of the PGA and European Disabled Association.
