Beginners, intermediate and transition junior golfers! Parents, get your kids outdoors, learning one of the greatest sports in the world in a safe, interactive and best of all FUN environment.
Wanna Be A Champion Junior Golf is available for golf lessons at a monthly fee.
The juniors are the future of South African golf! With our well-structured Wanna Be A Champion Junior Golf development program, we ensure that our young golfers (and their parents) get the full guidance and support they need.
The program allows you the opportunity to enjoy the game of golf and become a better and more competitive player.
Lessons

Motor skills – Life skills – Technical skills – Fitness & Wellness Video analysis – One-hour lessons – Golfing rules & etiquette – Holiday camps – Tournaments – Supervised play.
Our coaches are here to assist and make the game of golf fun using SNAGG, LIAD and kinetic golf coaching methods.

Tournaments
Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, this tournament is open to juniors of all skill sets.
This is your chance to showcase your skills on the course. We at Wanna Be A Champion want to teach the young gofers about the process and etiquette that is expected during these events and ofcourse want them having fun while they participate.

Junior Holiday Program
What a fun way to start off the Holiday, by joining the Wanna Be A Champion Junior Holiday Camp!
Always fun to see the kids playing and learning how to play golf, we do different activities with them, to build their physical, motor and cognitive skills.
After having all that fun we then have an amazing time dinning at the resturants here at Serengeti to just end the day off with a nice lunch and a party pack for each student.

Junior Development Program
Social responsibility is of great importance to the Wanna Be A Champion team and necessary to lift the future and people of South Africa to a higher level.
By introducing this development program/ Outreach Program, we are given an opportunity to join forces and secure the future of South Africa. Our junior development program is perfectly suited to give disadvantaged children, the opportunity to play the game of golf and develop their own personal skills.
Research proves that giving children the opportunity to focus on their progression in the game of golf stimulates them to concentrate better at school. We want to cement a spot in life for each of these children.

Our girls Golf Development Program, is all about nurturing talent and passion in women’s golf.
Let’s empower the next generation of female golfers.
Currently there are 10 children and their Teacher, from Mehlareng Farm School.
We transport the students to and from Wanna Be A Champion Golf Academy.
After their weekly golf lesson, each child receives a meal/snack before heading home.
Our communication with these students does not end on the golf course but continues in their personal lives to ensure the children are developing life skills.

Meet Our Junior Coaches
Our Junior Golf Lessons are designed to help young players learn the game of golf in a fun and engaging environment.
Our experienced coaches provide guidance in all aspects of the game, whilst focussing on individual attention for each student and striving to build a strong foundation for a lifelong love of the game.
Our lessons develop the fundamental skills needed to progress and excel in the sport, while fostering an appreciatiation for the rulesand etiquette.
Students also earn to practice and compete with integrity.
We believe that every golfer should have the opportunity to be the best they can be, while also having fun.
